IT – Tariffe e Calendario Prenotazioni 2026

Il calendario delle disponibilità è consultabile nella tabella sottostante.
Per preventivi personalizzati, soggiorni prolungati o esigenze specifiche, non esitate a contattarci: saremo lieti di trovare la soluzione migliore per voi.

Le tariffe settimanali per il 2026 (6 notti, 7 giorni da sabato a sabato) sono valide per 4 persone.
Per ogni ospite aggiuntivo è previsto un supplemento di €120,00 a settimana per persona.

Per confermare la prenotazione è richiesto un acconto pari al 30% dell’importo totale, da versare tramite bonifico bancario.
Il saldo dovrà essere effettuato entro 7 giorni dall’arrivo, sempre tramite bonifico.

In caso di cancellazione fino a 30 giorni prima dell’arrivo, l’acconto sarà interamente rimborsato.
Dopo tale termine, l’acconto verrà trattenuto a titolo di penale.

Weekly rates for 2026 (6 nights, 7 days from Saturday to Saturday) apply to 4 guests.
An additional fee of €120.00 per person per week applies for each extra guest.

To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required via bank transfer.
The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days before arrival, also by bank transfer.

For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
After this period, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Die Wochenpreise für 2026 (6 Nächte, 7 Tage von Samstag bis Samstag) gelten für 4 Personen.
Für jede weitere Person fällt ein Aufpreis von €120,00 pro Woche an.

Zur Bestätigung der Buchung ist eine Anzahlung von 30 % des Gesamtbetrags per Banküberweisung erforderlich.
Der Restbetrag muss spätestens 7 Tage vor Anreise ebenfalls per Banküberweisung bezahlt werden.

Bei Stornierungen bis 30 Tage vor Anreise wird die Anzahlung vollständig zurückerstattet.
Nach diesem Zeitraum wird die Anzahlung als Stornogebühr einbehalten.

ITA – La porzione di quadrifamigliare e’ al primo piano con accesso dal cortiletto di proprietà dove è situata una doccia in pietra sarda con acqua calda, al primo piano vi è il terrazzo dove è possibile mangiare fuori, il grande salone con divano letto matrimoniale adiacente alla cucina in ambiente leaving, vi è poi un disimpegno dove si accede alla zona notte, con una grande camera dotata di 2 letti matrimoniali, una camera ad uso cabina armadio  condivisa con un’ altra camera letto con letto matrimoniale con balcone per stendere. Tutte le camere e salotto sono con TV a Led a muro è altamente rifinite con arredi di design e impianto di aria condizionata centralizzata. Il bagno è dotato di lavatrice, doccia in cristallo e specchiera a Led. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici quali frullatore, tostiera, robot da cucina e lavastoviglie. Possibilità di pulizie giornaliere e risistemazione letti e asciugamani come anche pulizie di fine affitto. La casa si trova a soli 50 metri dall’ Ambra Day all’ inizio della zona pedonale in strada privata con sbarra e 2 posti auto inclusi.
